Hey yo! I kinda enjoyed my one day off (Halloween) which was between my pair of four, ten hour work shifts, but man did it go fast. I went over to Shawn's and spent the night, Joe tagged along too. We watched that "Catch me if you Can" movie which was surprisingly good, that might be because I was a bit intoxicated after having several Bud Light's and Bicardi & Coke's. I played Shawn in a couple rounds of NCAA Football 2004 on PS2. I nearly beat him in the second round, and we went into overtime, 'twas my closest round of EA Sports football against him in a long time!
The next day we went to a UND Fighting Sioux football game (our local college). First time I've been to a Sioux game, it was actually quite fun to watch and a real nailbiter with the Sioux beating Nebraska-Omaha with a game winning field goal with 10 seconds left by a score of 38-35. Though after we got out of the event center, it was a bad snowstorm outside, at least my truck was prepared with sandbags and my Topper I put back on last week, but I was still skidding like mad on the way home.
It was rough tho, to catch the football game at 1pm, I had to alter my sleep schedule, so I tried going to bed at 2am, I managed to pass out for about an hour or two, and then couldn't sleep at all for the rest of the night. After the football game I laid down and hoped to get a 3 hour nap before leaving for work, but I was still having troubles sleeping and only manage to nap one hour. Suffice to say, my ten hour shift fucking sucked today. I made it through the first few hours allright, but the rest was a major chore. What sucks more is I'm going to miss all the football games due to working this weekend, I hope the Niners can bounce back in their division and beat the Rams today. Gaahhh, I feel like shit right now as I just got off my shift about an hour ago, so if you don't mind, I'm going to get some Zzzzz's!!!
