Welcome to hell!!!

Hiya! I just finished up the work week about an hour ago, so I am good, but in a bit peppier of a mood. As I described in one of my really early blogs, I work in the "Planogram" area of Target, which is pretty much tearing down an aisle, cleaning the shelves, and setting it back up again with a certain amount of new product coming up with it. Each aisle in the store gets "reset" like this about once or twice a year. I've been doing this work for about a year now, and for the year before it I was on an area called "flo" which is pretty much just general overnight stocking of the product that comes in off the nightly truck. Today started a stretch where we finished up our planos and will help with flo until the end of the Christmas shopping season. Every now and then I'd help flo once or twice a month, but I've been doing non-stop plano work for about 4 months now and I've been a bit burnt out of it, and it was a fresh change of pace doing a different type of work for a change. My boss kinda noticed it too, he was all "Dale you were all over the place in your 'element' man, you miss flo don't ya?" and I just shrug. So ya, I nice way to finish off the work week to say the least.

Just a couple days ago I got the adress for where to write Rich from his folks, I'll prolly end up sending a letter tonight. I called Shelly and left a message seeing if she wanted to umm.."hang out" and watch a video or something just a few minutes ago, maybe I'll give this "let's be friends" thing a try for a while........and maybe..............just maybe it'll turn out into something special in the long run.


I feel like getting sloshed tonight...............I think late night I'll go around and see if there are any parties going on......then get to playing some games I need to review for my bosses. I just got a review up for NBA ShootOut 2004 on PS2, but more just keep piling on. Damn you holiday game season!!! I can't believe I just typed that last sentence.
