Hiya...before I start on, I didn another review, this time for da pile 'o crud that is Celebrity Deathmatch on Xbox that you can read by clicking here.
Friday night was nothing special, well it kinda was. Got family Christmas pictures, I also decided to get some extra shots of myself for Christmas cards so I don't have to pick any at random for all my relatives like I usually did before. When I was driving home, I happened to stroll by the theater and just wanted to see what was playing. I saw that Radio was still playing, and I was thinking of going to it but was like "I'm not going to see a movie by myself, whats the point in that" Well, the night drug on, and I got increasingly board with nothing to do so I went to see it anyways around 10:30pm by myself, and I'm kinda glad I went to see it by myself cause it was such a damn good heartfelt drama that I ended up tearing up sporadically throughout the movie. Cuba Gooding Jr. does the best job of playing mentally handicapped person since a pre-Titanic Leo Dicaprio in What's Eating Gilbert Grape, and you just end up sympathizing for him throughout the whole film. First time that happened to me since The Cure in 1994.....I think ;)
Man, today (Saturday) was screwed up. I made sure to get to bed a little earlier than usual on my nights off to prepare for my rather early date on Sunday. So last night I went to bed at 4am instead of my usual 7 or 8am. Well, I woke up right around 8am, and couldn't go back to sleep. I gave up trying to go back to sleep around 11am, went down and watched Ordinary People on DVD, I have no idea why but I have been in a freaking mood for dramas lately. Then I was still pretty groggy and tired, so I laid back down and tried to go to bed until 9pm but still couldn't fall asleep!!!! Muwahaha!!! So I decided to ruff it out these few hours watching SNL, and playing NBA Jam on Xbox and the new NBA ShootOut 2004 on PS2 I got in the mail for review a couple days ago.
Well, my sleeping pill should be kicking in soon to make sure I get some sleep tonight, so you guys better be wishing me luck on my date! Latez!
