Just a little bit into the weekend, and man what a crazy past few days. I was lagging in my work pace cuz I wasn't feeling well........not feeling well as in running to the bathroom every two hours. I was like that all of Wendesday's and Thursday's work shift. Of all the sickenesses to get, constapation would be one of the few I wouldn't want to work thru....and I thought I'd get away with things taking me longer than usual cuz nobody said anything till the last minute as we were walking to our exit and my boss pulled me aside......"Dale, you allright, you haven't been up to speed the last few days" and I told him what was wrong and he just cracked up and started laughing it up....go figure.
Just about to go to bed here after finishin up my first night off. Hung out with Rich and Jarod (who I've mispelt as 'Jarrett' for all my previous blog entries he was in) for the night, we swung by a bar and shot up several rounds of pool. Then went back to Jarod's and started some drinking....but we decided we needed a a football game to play....he didnt have any for PS2, and the most recent one I owned for PS2 was Madden 2001, but I offered to swing my Xbox over with Madden 2004, and that was a mistake in -35 subzero weather. Not on the way there but on the way back I had to put it in my ice cold trunk of my truck, and even tho it was there for just a half hour thru the traveling, once I unpacked and booted it up my Xbox made this weird-ass sound for a good minute, and wouldn't play any discs for a little while. Now its fine and's playing everything good......but hopefully no long term effects will happen.
But meanwhile back at Jarods before we left, Rich and Jarod engaged in some of the most intense chess matches I've ever seen. "Oh dude, that's one intense, move I hate it when people move their rook's that early." "Ooooooooo good counter-move!!!" Drunk chess was never as entertaining as I thought it would be. Well, that tiz it or now.....latez!
