Well, well, well, here's my first entry for the year two thousand...........and four!!!! Usually, this would be a time to make a resolution, but why make goals that we cannot attain without the proper motivation? It's like Office Space, I need to be challenged enough to be motivated to achieve my resolutions, and whenever that happens then I'll start taking New Year's resolutions seriously.
I do have one reso........err wish actually, and that is for those damn audio commercials to stop being played over AIM!!!!! They have been poppin up for over the past month or so, and they are annoying as hell!!!!
As far as New Year's Eve went, it was an allright time. I really couldn't get drunk cause I was a driving, but I milked two mixed drinks for three hours and a had a good enough time at the party I was at. It seemed like the complete party experience, there was the one heavy partier that puked and passed out, and there was the other respectable drunkard who said not a word as he walked around playing some soft tunes on his acoustic guitar. The several guys that snuck off into a room every 15 minutes to get stoned.....off of cigarrettes that is, ahem. To top it off, I had the best couple of burnt pieces of pizza I ever had! I'm usually picky on the toppings or how well done my oven-cooked pizza is, but when you're drinking alcohol with it, then it doesn't matter one bit. That happened to me on one of many drunk nights at the hotel I was at during E3. I was drunk for the third night straight, and someone ordered pizza and I think it was Pineapple & Canadian Bacon, but I didn't give a rat's ass, I simply flopped two pieces together and chowed down! That's the best about being drunk!!!! And for those of you going..... "That crappy reviewer Gruel is one lying sack o crap, he never has been to E3".... then here is a pic of me with a booth babe to prove you wrong..........later and happy New Year's folks!!!!
