Welcome to hell!!!

Howdy......just got done hanging out with Rich for probably the last time for the better portion of this year. It was an interesting day to say the least. Well...first I went over to my dads to replace my headlight, and that was a piece of cake....I could've easily done that..only took a few minutes. Then afterwards picked up Rich around 7:30pm, then Rocket, and we started our last night of gaming. We did usual rounds of Rocky, No Mercy, and Halo. Of course I got whupped again as usualy, but I did manage to score a surprise TKO against Rich in Rocky so that was nice. In a four player elimination match in No Mercy with my bro Joey I was the first one out, so that wasn't all that fun. I came close to winning in Halo, but lost a few rounds of Slayer by just a handful of points. Then it was around 12:30am and Rich said he had to get him to sleep and finish packing up so he can catch the bus at noon. So we gathered outside and took a few last pics with each other (that I posted above) and said our goodbyes as we wished Rich a good 4 years down in San Diego.



I got back home from dropping them off and worked on a slide show with the Xbox Music Mixer for awhile, and then I get a call from Rich around 3:30am saying he can't sleep so he comes over again and we start gaming it up in Rocky, No Mercy, Halo, and NBA 2K3. I managed to beat him once in Rocky with a nice come from behind victory with Drago against his Joe Czack. He had me KO'd 3 times by the end of the fourth round, and one more KO would've finished me for sure. But from the 5th through 8th rounds I make this miracle of a comeback and KO him 5 times within those 4 rounds to finish him and pick up a win. Rich then proceeded to furiously beat me two more times thereafter for his revenge. In our last bout of No Mercy we did our usual 30 minute Iron Man match, and Rich whalloped me by a total of 11 falls to my meager 3. It was all because I turned on submissions and he kept getting my guy to tap out to a weak sleeper hold 7 times. After that I won a few rounds of Slayer in Halo.



And in the end we played NBA 2K3 but didn't manage to finish a single round. In the first game I was dominating Rich all over as the Pacers against the T'Wolved and he quit the game near the end of the 2nd Quarter when I was up at a score of 40-9! Rich then rematched and we almost finished our next round, but Rich quit with a couple minutes left in the last quarter as I was starting to build up a nice lead. And that was that...it was almost 7am then (about hour and a half ago) and me and Rich said goodbye again. Best of luck to him in the Navy, and kudos to him for getting his life on the right track! Now I just need to do the same......
