Well.......just finished up the weekend. Saturday turned into an all night gaming marathon with Rich I fairly enjoyed. We played a lot of the usual suspects like, first Rich beat me in ESPN Football by a score of 21-19 when I was the Saints and him the Vikings. It was just a game of field goals for me until the end, but Rich still came out on top. Then we played about 3 rounds of ESPN Basketball and I beat him once, which was about the highlight of the gaming night. No wait, I take that back, we played about 10 bouts of Rocky, where I was Ivan Drago and he was Joe Czack each and every time, and I beat him twice. So yay me, other than that it was Rich wailing on me all night, but as always it was a blast and I'm gonna miss him when he leaves for Cali this Thursday.

Sunday was the big 'ol Super Bowl day, I told Carlos I'd be there between 4 and 4:30 or so. I picked Rich up around 3:30 but we had to play a round of ESPN Football to celebrate the actual Super Bowl. This time I picked my trusty 49ers and he was his hometown Vikings. At the end of the first half I was getting blown out with a score of 27-0, but at the start of the 3rd quarter I turn things around and rally to just be behin by a score of 27-17, then Rich started scoring again and beat me again. So that was that.

After that we head to Carlos's place, where Corey and another new coworker of mine, Aubree were already there. We kinda had a big smorgasbored, Carlos made his regular kickass Chili and Smokey's. Aubree made a pie, I brought barbeques that I cooked, and Corey and Rich brought some booze. I'm recently hooked on this Smirnoff Ice so Corey grabbed me a 6-pack of that. That chili kicks ass but its so damn hot I downed 3 of my Smirnoff's trying to wash it down. But it was worth it.

As for as the Super Bowl goes, it was a surprisingly good game! Well, the first 25 minutes of regulation play consisted of countless 3 and outs and was a game of intense defense that was interesting to watch. But after 5 minutes were left in the 2nd quarter the game went non stop action. Lots of big plays and interesting scores, and the Patriots got a game winning field goal with 4 seconds left to win 32-29. Probably the best Super Bowl of the last 5-7 years. After that we all hit up the bowling lanes, and Rich and I did horrible in our drunk stupors. I bowled a 84 and a 90. Rich said he wasn't even drunk but I doubt that after he had 17 MGD's in a span of 4 hours. Since then I've been home and I actually motivated myself to just finish up writing a review for The Sims: Bustin' Out. Link will be in my next post. I also started playing Wizardry 8 again for the PC. Very good, killer old-school RPG that Rich got me into. I was at Trynton but all my guys were far too weak to fight the superior enemies that populate that town. It's a great game, and I recommend it to everyone.

A word on Aubree at the moment. She's now the sixth member of the plano team at Target I work in. Me and Corey started up the same time in December 2002 in that area, joining up with Carlos and our boss. If you recall in one of my September entries, the other gal in our group moved outta town and quite at the time and we were down four members in our team for about two months. In early November, Steve joins us, and at the end of December Aubree comes in the mix as our sixth member. The funny thing about her is she'll talk about what she does in her friends and boyfriend all the time like I know them, and sometimes I don't know what the hell she's talking about. She did say she just broke up with her boyfriend about a week ago, but I don't know if I wanna try dating her, kinda not my type, I don't sense us connecting sometimes in our casual conversations. Although she does have one helluva body on her. But just watch, a month or two from now I'll be postin on how we started dating.

That's all for now, Latez!
