Well, the work week is done and I'm a little ways into my 4 day weekend now. On Thursday Jane and Shawn were over and Shawn slaughtered me in a round of NCAA Football 2004 on PS2. Afterwards I met Rocket at the YMCA to play basketball for the first time in about 3 weeks or so, but about 10 minutes after I got there AJ arrived and the three of us just went cruising around town and bowling. AJ won the with a 136, and I got second with an 89. Then I went to work with Flo tonight, long boring night I spent stocking grocery all night while I showed this new guy at work, Scott, the ropes and trained him in.
Friday went by all right. Corey ended up doing other plans so I just hung out with my family. I met my dad with Joe and Ann for a Fish Fry at the church. After that me Joe and Ann watched Chasing Amy on DVD. Then I watched the new Beyond the Mat I got on DVD with the video commentary of the direct, Jesse Ventura, and Mick Foley. Got a call from Rich on the phone as well today. Said he'll be back in town around Thanksgiving this year. Past few hours I've been playing that MTX Mototrax on Xbox, not all that bad of a cycle racer but I still prefer THQ's MotoGP titles on Xbox more, especially in online. I also think I fixed my damn cable modem. It was disconnecting me about every 5 minutes for the past few weeks, I finally got off my lazy ass and unplugged, rehooked, and retightened all my modem and router wires and now I've been online for 3 hours straight with not a single disconnect so yay me. Hopefully things will be a lot smoother and my bro will stop his bitching about not being able to play SOCOM 2 and FFXI online anymore.
That's it today, and now the big countdown............
