Hello everybody! Well, the work week is done and I'm 2 and a half days into my weekend. Work week went by fair enough, but man am I getting clobbered by bills. For my first dentist appointment in early May, the bill was $90 but my insurance only covered $30 of it. Thankfully I found out earlier this week that my Dental insurance will cover all but $180 of my $900 wisdom teeth removal competition. Then I get a call from these dudes wanting to shill me this $1100 4 year warranty for my truck that I want nothing to do with.
I finally got my cable television installed on Friday, I've been watching a bit of the new merged Tech TV-G4 station. Gotta love all the extra game related shows now on like Pulse, Players, and Cheat. I know me and Chris have been anticipating this channel for a while now, and we're glad its finally on mainstream cable in some form.
Friday was a bit of a hectic day. After work Corey came over and we watched the Backlash DVD I got in the mail a few days earlier. Damn good show I have to say, Jack/Orton and the Final Encounter rematch were of course the main draws of the show and both delivered and then some. And I can't believe I'm saying it, but Coach actually has some potential as an actual wrestler in his match with Tajiri. Corey left afterwards but came back up saying he left his headlights on and his battery died so I had to drive him to his place to get his booster cables out of his wife's vehicle and take him back to my place to jump his truck. Went to bed for just a few hours and then the cable man came to install the cable.
Passed out for a few more hours then picked up Richard. He told me earlier in the week he's going to be moving to a suburb of Sacremento on June 5th. He'll be just several hours away from Rich in San Diego he told me. He's moving there with his girlfriend. I brought my Xbox over to Rich's and he wailed on me in NBA 2K3, Rocky, and Tony Hawk 4. He's really attached to this new girlfriend of his cuz he was almost talking to her on the phone 80% of the entire time I was hanging out with him. We went back to my place and played some No Mercy, but after that Rich got worried about his girlfriend cuz he couldn't get ahold of her for 45minutes since the last time he talked to her and freaked out and went back to his place.
On Saturday he came over again to watch Game 5 of the Wolves/Lakers series as the Wolves won by 2 points, but are still trailing in the series as Lakers lead it 3-2. Rich got his revenge by beating me by more than 40 points in another round of 2K3. I dropped him off shortly thereafter. I was shopping at Target earlier, and Aubree was working a dayshift there for extra hours and apparently she's single again after breaking up with Matt after being together with him for about 3 months or so. She said she was having a party that night and wanted me over there, and after I told her I was watching the game tonight she still wanted me to stop by after it was done. I was about to do it, but I gave Corey a call and he wised me up, now that we got a better perspective on her personality she definitely doesn't seem like the person I was chasing after a few months back. I decided not to attend her party and instead went home and finished off the last of the Friends season 6, and watched some NBA History video I got.
Today, I just finished up doin some laundry and plan on hanging out with this guy I've been talkin a bit with at work tonight by the name of Scott. Today should hopefully be a bit more laxed than the rest of the week. That's about it for now, I get cable internet installed at my place on June 2nd, so my updates should be back on my regular posting patttern around that time. Latez!
