Howdy all, just finished up yet another work week and I'm getting ready for the weekend ahead of me. Work went blah, Wendesday was horrible as I made screwup after screwup and just couldn't seem to get in a good groove of things, and boy do you know you're being loved when you walk up without being seen and hear your peers yackin away about how much of a kick they get from how bad I'm fucking up out there. Bleh, glad the work week is over anyways.
Picked up ESPN NFL 2K5 on Wendesday, man does it play differently. I remember readin in several review they improved the passing game making it really easy to pass and a lot less dropped passes on the default Pro difficulty. I musta just had shitty luck cuz my first game I threw freaking 6 picks. I hope to get the hang of things in this new edition within a few games, I didn't think the graphics could get any better after last year, but boy was I wrong. The players look stunning, something you just got to see to believe. Probably going to end up spending the weekend playing the game for the most part.
On Thursday I got Joey's Dell I ordered for him in the mail last Saturday. I brought it over to my mom's and got it all hooked up and ready for him. Man am I jealous, he has a nice P4 2.6gig machine that can prolly play any game, and I'm stuck with my shitty AMD 700. Joy. I finally bought a printer cartridge last week, and I tried it for the first time today, and my printer is fucking up on me. Nothing is aligned properly, and each time I run Lexmark's alignment tests, the test pages still look screwed up. I need at least one page to print off right so I can print out Dell's rebate form!
Found out last week too that WWE will also be in Fargo, which is helluva lot closer than Bismarck. Corey and Steve tho are sounding doubtful on if they'll be able to make it with me tho. I might have to see if my dad will be up for going with me if those two end up backing out on me. He went with me to my first five wrestling shows, so if I do end up going with him, it will be great to spend a lot more time with him lately because I barely even see him that much nowadays.
