So yesterday was my last day at Software Etc. I was only there for like maybe a month, about 10 shifts only or so. Wasn't all that bad working there, some mighty cool people to work with who all seemed to love their job for obvious reasons, even with the not so great pay, and I never heard any of the backstage politics/backstabbing/BS you have to put up with in almost any other job on the market today.
So I made sure to buy as much crap as I could as possible. I bought me Rocky Legends on Xbox (wasn't planning on it originally since they took out online play last minute, but the new story scenes looked so cool I couldn't resist) and TOCA Race Driver 2 on Xbox too. Bought a couple more last minute gifts too. I know Joe is a big Scorpion fan of MK, so I got him a Gold, Scorpion themed PS2 controller I think he'll like. Decided to get Corey the Resident Evil 2 pack for GCN as well.
I had Christmas Eve dinner at my place today, just finished up a couple hours back. Dad helped me with it a bit, I thought it went by surprisingly well. Gotta love a big pot roast meal for X-Mas. I'm dead tired right now, so I'm gonna catch a quick nap.
