-Been a while since I updated, guess I have been busy. Not a whole lot of noteworthy stuff from the last week before the weekend hit. This Chris guy has been working with us a lot this past couple months off and on helping us out temporarily to fill in the void that Carlos left when he quit. He is quite the talker, and is a bit annoying with Corey and Steve hating him a whole lot more than me. Corey said he is going to tell him off too at the end of this week so it will be interesting to see how that turns out.

-Looking back at last week I ate an insane amount of pizza. I went to Happy Joe's buffett for a B-Day, had some Domino's with the family earlier that week, and heated up a pizza at home. That is way too much.

-Friday I stayed up all day altering my sleep pattern. I watched a lot of television, played some games with Corey, but just got way too groggy. I even went out for a walk to get some fresh air around 8:30pm and I think I almost fainted a couple of times on my route around the block. I finally passed out around 10:30pm. I did all that so I could wake up early to meet up with Bob, Summer, and Chris to go to Fargo on Saturday morning. We did a bunch of stuff with consisted of Kart racing, Batting Cage practice, went to the local zoo, and shopped around at a good half dozen stores (including the biggest $1 store I have been to, it's freaking two floors!). I also caught the The Devil's Rejects that night with Chris. Pretty good flick, had a nice retro feel and reminded me a lot of the awesome Natural Born Killers movie from the mid-90's. Him and I bought a six pack of beer and fell asleep to the Matrix Reloaded at the hotel. Which was Motel 6, and contrary to what I hear a lot of people say it is not all that bad of a place to stay, especially for the price. The bed is plenty comfortable and the rooms are clean, what more can you ask from a hotel.

-I ate at a whole lot of restaurants for my first time in Fargo too. I had a tasty chicken strip sandwich at Hooters which I soley enjoyed for all their awesome food only ;) We had supper that night at Granite City. It actually brewed its own beer there, too bad it sucked. The place did have some mighty good Beer Cheese soup, and I had a decent Pork rendition of the French Dip sandwich. The next day we went to the Krispy Kreme factory/restaurant, and man are those Krispy Kreme donuts way better fresh off the line. Finally we went to the American Steak Buffett which easily gets my nod for one of the best buffett's I have been to. I think I actually spent more on food than shopping in Fargo alone.

-Got my latest review up for FlatOut. Speaking of reviews, FFM did his monthly reminder to me the other day of my progress in the reviewer tournament going on honestgamers.com. I am just doing terrible lately. I guess I had a decent start with a win and a tie. But I had two straight blowouts with not so great critiques to boot. They are right on a lot of the points in my writing on how I drag on for too long in my description about each and every single mode about certain games. But what can I say, I like to cram in all that info for the fans of the genre. That is who I intend most of my reviews for. I also know my writing may not be the wittiest of the bunch and tends to get boring, even here in this very LJ and I hate trying to force humor in my reviews because it comes off as lame, same with trying to use big flashy words. I guess I just feel out of place in that tournament because everyone is blowing me away in it lately, which is not good if this is still what I want to pursue down the road. ***must try harder***

-tiz all for this entry, latez
