So as I was on my way out of Northland I run into Chris in the commons and we strike up the following convo that something like this,
'hey Dale go get a monitor off that table they're free'
'um, why?'
'we had an auction and a guy bought all those monitors and never picked them up so were just giving them away now'
'cool'
I gots me a 17" monitor that blows the hell away out of my old 13 inch. The resolution is just so much better, and I can see so much more. Sure its used and isn't no fancy ass thinscreen HD plasma monitor, but this already is a signifigant upgrade, and you can't beat free! whooo
oh yeah, last week I got my first new review up in a while for, Armored Core: Nine Breaker. I also did a preview off a demo I got for the latest Ratchet game, subtitled Deadlocked
I'm going to try and get a review of Burnout Revenge in this weekend too, I have invested a good deal of time into that game and it is just as addicting as Takedown was. I also just picked up another game about an hour ago that I have been highly anticipating for awhile, Indigo Prophecy. The developers label it an 'interactive movie' but I consider it an adventure game, but with one helluva storyline. And judging by some of the reviews I read, it looks like this game won't disappoint.
