-So yeah...I almost died last Monday. I was watching Sunday Night Football at my brother-in-laws on Base and was going to head back home after the game, but the roads were reported as icy as hell and in terrible shape so I figured they should have been somewhat decent in the morning. I left around 11am Monday morning and the roads were still icy as fuck, but now with insane wind gusts to boot. I thought I'd play it safe at 40mph for the whole 10 mile drive, guess that wasn't safe enough as I only made it about 3 or 4 miles before spinning out 10-15 feet to the right of the shoulder. If it wasn't for the snow in the ditch and for me goin only 40 I prolly woulda rolled the vehicle. Thank goodness I lucked out and didn't hit any of those mile markers while I was spinning out.

A couple people tried helping me push out my vehicle to no avail, and after a short while I said screw it and called my insurance company. Luckilly I have free towing under my insurance plan and had the vehicle towed back into town at my apartment within two hours. To add to the luck, my vehicle managed to escape the incident with no damage whatsoever. Lucky, lucky me.

-Did horrible on my Algebra test. I think I pretty much have to get a low B on the final to pass the class with lowest C which means I have to study my arse off. Art and Comp I know I will pass for sure, prolly both with A's. I signed up for next semester's classes, just two this time. I am taking a semester break from Algebra whether I pass it or not and am taking Speech and Ethics on M, W, F. I'd rather be at class an hour and 40 minutes a day than 4 hours.

-Hung out with Steve for the first time in ages last night. He came over and him and Scott and I gamed it up for awhile. We mostly did the new Smackdown vs Raw 2006 for awhile in a variety of game mode's. Just from the couple of hours I played with it I already like how the game plays, and from Steve's stories it sounds like the Story Mode is a lot better. Also did a few rounds of the new Madden. I first took on Scott, and got the Jets to knock out his Vikings in a close game where I only beat him by a FG. I then failed to beat Steve with my Saints, as he beat me by a good 12 points or so, and then Scott beat him by a TD in another close game. So it was a nice night of gaming indeed in my new holiday work schedule which has me having what seems to be completely random days off until the end of the year.

-Scott and I finally beat Sniper Elite. After 28 missions and approximately 20 hours we conquered the game's co-op mode. It was quite the experience, and I enjoyed the challenge in each mission. This is a damn good military game, and not just your yearly Medal of Honor/Call of Duty clone. If you missed out on my review for it, check it out by clicking here.

-Tiz all I got for this entry, latez
