-Hello everybody, we finally got some half decent weather going on up here. Yesterday I think it even got up to 90....insane.

-I don't really got a whole heck of a lot of interesting stuff to say, not a whole lot has happened between this entry and my last.

-Got a new review up for another modern day adventure game called Dreamfall. Here is a link for the few who are interested.

-Last weekend was allright, on Friday I went over to Crookston with Chris so he could check out a potential college prospect for him because he's seriously considering on getting more schooling for his bachelor's degree. I don't even know why I went there, I was so bored and while he was off on interviews I was in their lounge playing his DS games. Later that night I met up at Bucs with Carlos and Steve. Had a couple of last brews with Carlos since he moved out of town to Fargo a couple of days later. I wish him the best of luck down there. I shot a few rounds of pool there at Bucs and then took off just cause Bucs was dead for a Friday night. I don't know whats happened to that place but it has just gone downhill, I guess I here downtown is where the big nightlife scene is at lately.

On Saturday Chris, Scott and Joe came over and we did a bit of 360 gaming. The 4 of us all played Top Spin 2 and Perfect Dark Zero for awhile, and had a pretty decent time at it to boot. Speaking of 360 gaming, my online 360 automated voice blog thingy just started a few days ago that lets everyone know what games have been in your 360 from day to day, and boy does it get pissed if you miss a day. You can check out mine here.

-Episode 5 of The Pubcast went live for download a few days ago. Like I said I feel it is the best show we have done of the 7 we have recorded. It is also the shortest at just under 25 minutes, so if you have some spare time please download this show and let me know what you think. It is our FFVII: Advent Children DVD roundtable. Episode 7 will go live this weekend, it is the first one I recorded over Gizmo Project as I recorded it with my boss from vgpub, John. I thought it went well as we covered a variety of important discussion topics.

-I also got caught up on some Consolevania episodes, they are an independent web-based gaming show (like the recently mega popular Game Life show) that has a unique "mature" take on the gaming industry in their content and skits from a UK gamers perpsective. It's kinda like X-Play on crack, if you can deal with British accents then I recommend checking them out. You can download their shows at this link: http://consolevania.com/downloads.htm

-I ended picking up a lot of new DVDs on new release Tuesday yesterday. I'm usually average one new DVD a month, sometimes two, but yesterday I picked up 3 DVDs and a CD. It was a big day in wrestling releases as WWE released Wrestlemania 22 on DVD and Wreckless Intent on CD so those two were no brainers for me. Other than those two, I picked up the best of SNL commercial parodies just because I remember so many of those classic ones growing up. I didn't see it on the back of the box, but I'm keeping my fingers crossed that "cleaning monkey" and "McDumpster" are on there. This last DVD you'll prolly scoff at me for listing but what the hell, I made an impulse buy and bought BloodRayne on DVD. I had to see this latest Uwe Boll disasterpiece. Actually, I never got around to reading an actual critique of the film itself since the media spent more time bashing its distribution problems resulting in its crappy opening weekend gross income. But knowing Boll, its prolly not that good, and the main reason I picked it up is because I figured I can get/force Chris and another person to watch it with me and we can do another roundtable review on the Pubcast to tell you why you should avoid it. So huzzah for my brilliant ideas....I think.

-I guess I had a lot to say afterall. Oh well, I'm finally done....latez!
