-Hey Yo! Well, I'm in the midst of another fun work/school week. Technically end of school week since I have no class on Friday. Just got done with a sociology exam which I hope I do allright in.
-I finally figured out how to add a nice simple basic black background to my MySpace (yes I joined the bandwagon, actually over a year and a half ago, just don't check it that much). seems damn near everyone has it now, even most of my family. I just want a nice simple background, none of those stupid ones loaded with so much shit they nearly freeze your browser. If you want to be my friend go here:

-Big news, I finally got my 360 back last week. Perfect timing too since I said in my last post I was on the verge of buying another one on my next check. A few weeks ago Ann told me she had a friend who worked at UPS and that he'd keep an eye out for my package at their distribution center in town. Got a call last week from him who said he found it and turned out the package has repeatedly been marked with the wrong adress, and has been constantly been attempted delivery at the other side of town. So I go to the distribution center and pick it up there last Thursday, and have been playing a helluva lot of 360 since. Mostly Saint's Row and catching up on a lot of the demos I missed out on.
Saint's Row is awesome, enjoying just as much as I enjoyed the demo a few months back, just am stuck now on the increasingly difficult gang wars. Must win! As far as demos, I played the new Tiger Woods 07 demo, which I liked a bit. Won't get the game right away, but if I catch a good sale/price drop for it I most likely will. I played a lot of the Just Cause demo, I enjoyed its various Boat and Helicopter chases, as well as its GTA-esque blow shit up action. I would get that game now, but there is so much other good stuff coming out or stuff I need to catch up on, that game too will go in the 'buy on first big sale/price drop' category. New Smackdown vs. RAW demo plays like past few Smackdown games, which is ok but pretty stale, and other than a layer of polish, I don't notice that much of a leap over the graphics from the PS2 game. I'll prolly end up getting it though, as I have gotten every Smackdown game since the first PS2 version back in 2001. I downloaded the Phantasy Star Universe beta, but couldn't play it that much since it wouldn't let me login the several times I tried because of the servers being too crowded.
-As I stated there are a lot of games I recently started playing and 3 more that came out/will get this week, so my spare time will be plenty occupied by that. Saint's Row and Test Drive Unlimited feel like new games to me since I just got the 360 back even though I have owned both for quite some time now. I also have been slowly trickling away at Yakuza, and only got about 3 hours into that game so that game still feels pretty new. I also just got Family Feud in the mail yesterday for PS2, I have highly been anticipating this game for awhile now, it is one of my fave quiz shows and the last console version I played of it was on the NES. Only played a round of it yesterday, and once I got past the not-so-surprising crappy graphics, I had a damn good time. I wished they could have got one of the celebrity hosts to appear in the game though instead of the generic host they have in it. Other games that just came out I plan to get are MK: Armageddon (played a bit at Joe's and loved it), Bully, and Family Guy (from what I saw it looks like it can do the tv series justice like Simpsons: Hit & Run did).
-Last weekend went by all right. On Friday Chris swung by and we recorded our first new audio show in a few weeks. Then I played some 360. Saturday, Joe, my dad, and I went and saw The Departed at the theatre. Damn good movie. Was disappointed with the last 10 mins or so of the movie, even though it made perfect sense. Chalk up another good performance by Wahlberg, that guy is on a roll like I said before not to long ago after I saw him in Invincible. Dicaprio and Damon also did stellar performances, hell everybody did. See this movie! Was going to see The Marine right afterward, but decided to postpone that to next weekend. After that and visiting with the family for awhile, I spent the rest of the night playing 360 and watching some tv.
-I got not a whole lot else to say for now. Latez!
