I just got done watching the best Niners game in quite some time. Overtime madness against the Broncos. The Niners only had pride to play for, the Broncos were playing for a putting all on the line for a last seed playoff spot. Minus the first half and some extremely (with stress on extremely) questionable ref calls in the second half, this was an awesome game. Missing the playoffs sucks of course, but the Niners would have most likely been crushed in first round anyways, winning in a very competitive and close game like this is without a shadow of a doubt, the next best way to end the season.

I started the last day of the season going to Wild Wings with Steve so joining him in rooting him for the Titans. Steve was pumped for the Titans and had high hopes they make the playoffs, even though they needed a lot of help. I felt bad for them losing at the end of the season after having a stellar winning streak. At the end of the Titans game I noticed the local FOX network was actually airing the Niners game to my shock. I went right home and continued watching for the literally first full Niners game that has aired on our cable systems this season.

Now I am in an excellent mood going into work, which unfortunately is the first night in three years I have to work on New Year's Eve. But oh well, Niners won in an AMAZING game. Wahoo!
