-Hey hey hey, it's the day after my birthday. Can't believe I am already 24. Went to Texas Roadhouse with practically my entire family. After all that fun celebrating I went to a bar for a few hours to get some drinks with Steve, Bob and his roommate Chris, Aaron and his buddy Pete. They had me drink this thing called a Landmine, which I absolutely loathed. All in all though it was a fun day.

-Rest of last weekend was pretty fun. Played a lot of Guitar Hero on PS2 with Scott, (I just got the 360 version of GH2 a couple days ago, and it will probably be dominating my 360 for a long, long time). Saw TMNT with Dad, Joey, and Chris. It was good for what it was, a fun nostalgia trip for me, nothing more, nothing less.

Sunday ruled. It was Wrestlemania 23, and I had my much anticipated Wrestlemania party. I had seven people over for it. Steve, Scott, Paul, Ryan and his wife, Dave, and Rich. I had everybody get their a half hour before it started for a wrestling themed game of Family Feud. I was eagerly anticipating it as I spent the whole week planning it out ahead of time by posting surveys on a couple message boards. I asked real general questions like "Name someone Bobby Heenan managed" and "Name a movie themed around wrestling" so I could get a good variety of answers. I even went out and got a bunch of old wrestling games and videos for prizes for everyone. I played the zany, over the top host, and you just had to be there.

Wrestlemania 23 itself was a great show, Money in the Bank delivered as usual with a bunch of sick spots. Battle of the Billionaires was the entertaining spectacle I thought it would be. Undertaker-Batista was the surprise of the show and a damn good match, probably match of show in my opinion. Cena-Michaels was good, a little disjointed, but very entertaining towards the end. Nearly everyone in the room screamed in frustration when Cena won again. I did the same thing for WM22 when Cena beat HHH in the main event, but I watched WM22 again the day before WM23, and liked it a lot more with a year perspective set in on the events, so I'm sure I'll be the same way even moreso for WM23.

-When Guitar Hero 2 came out this past Tuesday, that nigh I went and check my friends list and saw 8 people were online, and surprise surprise, 5 of them were playing Guitar Hero 2. Just judging by that alone, it is a no brainer that the 360 version is going to sell through the roof. I remember my Gamestop told me they had to stop taking reserves at the 60 preorder mark. The 360 version is cool, though they made the back/select button a bit smaller which made it harder (as a secondary option) to activate star power. A wad of poster puddy resolved that problem however. The buttons feel more responsive and the graphics are noticeably touched up a bit.

-I am progressing a bit through Arrested Development DVDs right now. I am on the last disc of Season one, and with several episodes I was addicted to this show. Each character just has such intriguing personalities. And the writing is pure genius. I am glad I decided to start watching this show from the beginning on DVD instead of hopping in on the middle of it during syndication on G4 or else I probably would have been lost all together in the many little plot lines it has going on. For nearly all of season one though, I give this my highest recommendation.

-It is weird, I went a month and a half without recording a new podcast, and then the perfect moments fell into place to record them and I end up posting two new shows within four days of each other. If you missed out on the 25th show, download it here where we do a roundtable on Crackdown on the 360 and do some next-gen war debating about the 360 elite, and PS3 home announcements. The 26th show has been up for several days now, and we talk about the possibilities of GTAIV after the debut of its trailer, and then just because I can, a preview of Wrestlemania 23. Enjoy!

-That's about all I got for now. If anyone else saw Wrestlemania 23 please let me know what ya think. Latez!
