-Classes have been taking up a bit of time lately. In a way I kind have been slackin lately, I still show up to all my classes, but I absolutely do the very minimal homework. I guess I forgot I had my first Humanities exam yesterday and I only studied enough for about half the material that was covered, so for half the exam was just all guesses. I'll keep my fingers crossed for that one. For my Anthropology class earlier this week, I was used in a vocab speech example in front of the class with another girl that led to quite the bashful moment on my part. Pretty much one of us left the room while teacher told us to act a certain way when the other student returned and tried to carry a conversation. I was instructed be a bitch to not make eye contact and wait 3 seconds to respond to everything. When it was my turn to leave the room and come back the gal was instructed to flirt with me........which was awesome and I had a lot of fun with it.

Registration for next semester's classes just began and I already got it out of the way since all the few classes I need for my journalism major are available at the Northland campus for the first time in a few semesters and I want to take them while I can. So yay Mass Comm, Technical Writing and Creative Writing. I actually did sign up for Creative Writing a couple semesters back but it that class ended up being cancelled last minute because of low enrollment. Hopefully everything will work out still by next semester.

-October is crazy birthday month, there was just a nice drought of family bdays for a couple months and October is where it all begins, again. Within one week there was three birthdays. First there was my dad who is now 67. We went to Paradiso and went bowling, and I actually won a game with a score of 131, huzzah! Then just two days after that was my sister, Ann's b-day. We partied it up at Wild Wings and had a pretty good time, I wanted to go out and have some drinks afterward, but damn work came a calling. Then just two days ago, it was my nephew, Bryce's first birthday so I spent the evening at my brother Bob's and visited with his family I don't see as often as I should. Then yesterday my other sister, Jane was throwing a big birthday bash for kids and adults afterwards with drinks and stuff, and I really wanted to go there, but damn work and class made it impossible for me to make it there. Damn you life!!! So all in all, I fairly busy and good week of family-ness, college-ness, and of course, work-ness.

-So one of the few days of the week where I have some free time is Tuesday, now that is not going to be that way for the next two months, because I got rehired at Gamestop again for holiday help and start their next week just doing Tuesday's again for a few hours a week. I know I prolly shouldn't do it because it is just another little layer to add to my already crazy schedule, but the atmosphere is just awesome, and I work during the best time of the week where it is really slow until the last three Tuesdays before Christmas and it is just a big stress reliever.

-So I have been blowing a lot of money lately on DVDs and games and crap lately. Damn you half.com for having so many good deals. So I decided to finally get the DX and ECW Extreme Rules DVDs cause they're both $8 used. Then I saw FF12 is now down to $20 new, so I picked that up knowing full well in advance it'll prolly be 5 years before I throw it in for the first time. Then I did pick up Intellivision Lives for $7 used from Rock 30.....and wow was that a mistake, the PS2 controller just doesn't work well for that crazy Intellivision controller. Then Torgo convinced me to get MLB Power Bros, and I did play a round of that with Scott, who is not a baseball fan but by the end of the game we both were having a blast. Thanks for the awesome recommendation Torg! Finally, I pre-ordered FirePro Wrestling Returns for PS2 for $15 off amazon.com and you should too! It is the pinnacle of 2D wrestling in Japan, the GBA games ruled but the console versions have always been the best, I can testify to that with the awesome Dreamcast version I imported, so this one is gonna rule. Discuss now fools!

-So last weekend I drove down to Fargo to hang out with Matt & Danielle. They were only partially unpacked, but already had the place pretty decked out. We had a grand movie marathon. We watched F4: Silver Surfer, which I liked a lot more than the last one, the jokes are actually funny, and all the craziness actually has a sense of believability to it like the early Spidey and X-Men flicks. After that we watched a couple flicks from this 20-pack of movies Matt picked up from Best Buy called the ultimate Grindhouse Collection or something. So that meant all these films were very corny over-the-top movies from the 70s. We had quite the time making fun of them.

-So a lot of happenings have been going on with wrestling merchandise and behind-the-scenes news. In merchandise, I have bought a lot like I said above with the DX and ECW Extreme Rules DVD. I also got the best of CM Punk...Indy edition DVD along with TNA's Best of Christopher Daniels DVDs which both were going for $6 new off half.com. Then I pre-ordered the "First and Last Season of WSX" the crazy, balls out (and I mean freaking balls!!!!) 10-episode wrestling series that aired early this year on MTV but got the early pull for being way too edgy. Then I ordered two new books which just came out....Batista's bio and Jericho's bio. I hear Batista's is shockingly good as he tells it like it is and doesn't care what anyone thinks, a lot like Flair's book, and I have to get Jericho's book it's just too bad I understand that it only covers up through his WCW days and none of the WWF/WWE career.

In the news happenings. There has been a couple releases. Booker T and Sharmell have been let go, which sucks because Booker was finally getting a really decent run on the higher end of things with his King character for the past year and a half or so. He was one of the few guys to come straight out of WCW and excel and have a really good run. Then Daivari got released too......at least he had that killer flag match on RAW a few weeks ago. In the other happening, I understand that Sci Fi isn't going to renew its tv deal with ECW when it expires at the end of this year and that is why WWE is now trying to get viewers accustomed to watcing episodes in their entirety off wwe.com. That would suck to have a promotion just online only, so I hope to see Spike or CW add ECW to there schedule somewhere.

-This long update is finally over, thankee for reading my long ramblings. G'day!
